Tasks and Responsibilities

• Use Aroflo Job Management system.
• Respond promptly to client calls and diagnose plumbing issues accurately
• Carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks, including unblocking drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
