QMS Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist the QMR and EMR in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the IATF 16949 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OHSMS, and ISO 13485 QMS.
• Ensure all documented procedures are current and comply with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, customer requirements, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support third-party certification audits, supplier audits, and customer audits.
• Manage scheduled waste generated at the premises in full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report scheduled waste quantities and related data monthly using the e-SWIS system.
• Implement waste minimization initiatives through process improvements, waste segregation, reuse, recycling, good housekeeping practices, and material substitution.
