About the Role

Main Responsibilities

QHSE Culture & Governance
Promote a strong QHSE culture and good practices across the project, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, Egyptian regulations, and international standards.

Provide leadership and direction to the project QHSE team, ensuring effective implementation of the Project QHSE Plan.
Integrated Management System (IMS)
Establish, implement, and continuously improve the Project Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Ensure the system is adapted to the specific challenges of working in a live operational metro environment.

Conduct Gate Reviews to confirm readiness at each project phase and verify compliance with requirements before progressing.
Risk Management
Implement a systematic approach to identify, assess, and control QHSE risks at project and activity levels.
