Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Management

• Lead and supervise packing line workers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Provide training and guidance for packing staff.

Operational Oversight

• Ensure proper packing of gloves according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Monitor packing line machinery and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.

Quality Control

• Inspect packed products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions for defects or non-conformities.
• Maintain records of quality checks and packing reports.
