QC Shift Technician

Responsibilities

• Performing required Lab tests for incoming, in-process and outgoing products as per Quality Control Plan
• Inspection of all operations materials (Printing, Slitting, Lamination, Extrusion, etc.)
• Colour Matching and verification
• Maintaining records of inspections, samples, technical data sheets and SDS
• Performing reject raw material process and support QA Supervisor with the Supplier Claim process
• Handling of nonconforming products as per Internal Hold Process
• Maintaining and providing support in other key areas as needed by QA Supervisor/QA Manager
• Maintaining in house customer specifications and needs
• Providing Support to Operations, Production Control, Customer Service and Sales
• Maintaining Quality Management System by performing audits/verifications
• Act as a trainer within the Quality Team
• Other duties may be assigned
