QC Manager

Job Description :

• Establish company standards (as well as products profile per each customer) then make plan, direct and supervise company quality control functions.
• Manage the response and resolution of any Non- Conformance Reports received from customers or other sources. This is included 7 steps of Problem Solving Skills ( Problem statement – Initial Investigation – Root Cause- Corrective Action – Preventive Action – Action Required – Next steps).
• Liaise with subcontractors and/or internal departments on quality related matters as required. And review third party inspection reports.
• Manage CAD team in terms of output, correction of Build of Material, …
• Ensure good quality of products such as safety, reliability, stability prior production by experiment or force analysis & etc..
• Perform other assignment from Factory Manager.
