Job Description :

Summary:
• Manage quality inspection.
• Handle customer complaints
• Audit supplier quality
• Strengthen the systems to make sure the business relying on the system
• Develop QC team.

Main duties:
• Supervise daily inspection activities to make sure all incoming materials and FGs meet our specification and the activities are in compliance with QSHE requirements.
• Propose quality improvement to meet quality KPIs.
• Participate on product development teams to ensure quality is driven into the product and manufacturing process at early stages.
• Analyse process data and quality reports.
• Stop production line
• Organize resources appropriately to the daily inspection plan to achieve functional expenses and SHE objectives.
• Contact to the customers to solve quality issue to prevent unsatisfactoriness.
