QC Analyst - Microbiology

About the Role
About the role:
- Well-established pharmaceutical company
- 2-3 month casual contract (potential to extend)
- Afternoon shifts
- Monday to Friday
About your duties:
- Perform basic microbial ID on samples
- Ensure aseptic techniques and GMP standards are followed
- Maintain adequate documentation
- Enter in laboratory results into the laboratory system
- Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained/prepared in accordance with approved procedures
- General housekeeping
About you:
- Bachelor of Science, majoring in Microbiology or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or aseptic environment
- Excellent communication skills and a great attitude
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques
