- Overseas daily operation of Technical Department.
- Working in co-operation with other departments.
- Sourcing of raw materials.
- Ensuring the process activities in Technical Department comply to ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
- To attend to any customer service or customer complaint when required.
- To provide Technical Service when required.
- Preparing Monthly Technical Report.
