1. Overall responsibility to ensure product requirements, specifications and customer

2. of product and have the authority to stop shipment, correct the quality problems, and nonconformity products

3. Prompt information of products that do not conform to requirements are not shipped to customers and potential products requirements are met.

4. Responsibility for conformity are identified and contained.

5. Overall responsible for conducting the daily quality assurance activities

6. Ensuring that all test methods are conducted and implemented.

7. Ensure raw material, in process and finished goods are within process specifications.

8. Identifying and recording quality problems.

9. To undertake any other assignment as given by the immediate superior or management.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
