About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Leadership
- Lead quality assurance activities to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Drive compliance with ISO and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Inspection & Testing
- Ensure incoming and outgoing inspections are conducted effectively.
- Coordinate with production to minimize non-conforming products.
Manufacturing Issue Resolution
- Identify, document, and resolve manufacturing quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
QA/QC Program Implementation
- Assist in implementing and maintaining QA/QC systems (e.g., QA sampling systems).
- Ensure full compliance with ISO requirements.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date quality standards, manuals, procedures, and records.
