Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field)
• At least 2–3 years experience in QA/QC for construction or energy projects
• Knowledgeable in quality management systems, inspections, and testing procedures
• Familiar with project specifications, standards, and quality documentation
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
• Experience in wind power or renewable energy projects is an advantage
