QA/QC Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

The QA/QC/FINISHING ENGINEER is responsible for ensuring that all construction works, particularly finishing activities, meet the required quality standards, specifications, and client expectations. This role oversees inspections, testing, and documentation, and ensures that completed units are properly handed over to clients in compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on finishing works (e.g., concrete, masonry, painting, tiling, carpentry, and other architectural finishes).
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports.
