Job Title: QA & Testing Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure software quality.
2. Coordinate testing activities and resources across multiple teams and modules.
3. Establish and maintain testing processes and standards.
4. Oversee the execution of test cases and manage defect tracking and resolution.
5. Provide test reports and metrics to stakeholders and project management.

1. Timely completion of testing activities within project milestones.
2. Test coverage and effectiveness in identifying defects and issues.
3. Defect closure rate and quality of delivered software.
4. Adherence to testing processes and standards.
5. Stakeholder satisfaction with testing outcomes.
