About the Role
- Perform in-process, final inspections, and machine buyoff checks in accordance with customer specifications and internal quality requirements
- Support QA Engineers in the evaluation and tracking of nonconformities by collecting accurate inspection data, test results, and defect evidence
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of inspection results, nonconformities, and quality checklists
- Assist in verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions by re-checking parts, processes, or machines after implementation
- Provide timely updates to QA Engineers and production teams on inspection findings, defects, or process deviations
- Work closely with FOL to inspect and verify outgoing parts and materials against specifications, escalating issues when nonconformities are detected
