QA Technician

Job functions:

· Coordinating internal quality issue by gathering the related information as detected by IQA Operator

· Validate effectiveness of line controls and sustainability of the actions committed

· Perform simple 5s audits to surface out issues

· Ensure line is always ready for audit

· Maintaining the PM and Calibration for all IQA Equipment

· Work with internal Team and Vendor to bring Vendor into ASEM if any machine down that require Vendor assistance

· Raise Shipping Alert for any Material/Wafer that will be returned to Supplier/Customer.

· Helping Line in the incoming buy-off for Material/Wafers

· Collecting related sample from Warehouse/FA Lab or other Plant

· Raise FA Form/Rel Form/SA for any investigation purpose due to Quality Incident

· Work on the FAI samples to generate dimension recipe using Smart Scope

· Generate related monthly report for Customer sharing
