Ensure the effective operation and compliance of system processes, coordinate internal and external audits, drive process optimization and quality culture development, and provide robust system support for maintaining and enhancing product quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality systems; preference given to candidates with consumer electronics or home appliance industry experience.
- Exceptional cross-departmental coordination and communication skills to drive process adherence and improvement across all departments.
