QA Supervisor

Job Description

1. Asks for endorsements at the start of duty from QA Supervisor being replaced from the other shift.

2. Acquires Production Schedule from Planning Section as basis for the Shift's operation.

3. Oversees all QA Personnel and monitors if assigned tasks are performed properly. Note: QA Supervisor is also responsible in conducting QA manpower study per section to avoid possible excess or lacking of manpower.

4. Gives instructions to subordinates whenever necessary, particularly on new items and special instructions to be observed during process. 6. Attends to Weekly Management meeting.

5. Attends to regular operations meeting (10:30 am meeting) and relays any quality-related problems and concerns to each section.

6. Conducts regular meeting to all QA personnel for QA plans, programs, modifications, and other QA related matters.
