Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach QA Analysts to ensure accurate and consistent evaluations
- Conduct regular quality audits, call/chat/email reviews, and calibration sessions
- Ensure quality standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
- Analyze quality data, trends, and root causes to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership to address performance gaps
