Purpose of the Job Within the QA Customer Supply Chain (CSC) team of FrieslandCampina Professional, we are looking for a QA Officer who ensures that customer questions related to quality and food safety are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally. You support compliance of our products and contribute to a smooth flow of quality information and documentation to customers and internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you are/have:

* Strong customer focus and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

* A structured way of working and strong attention to detail

* The ability to interpret customer questions and provide clear answers

* Preferably a bachelor's degree in food, quality, or a related field

* 3-5 years of experience in QA or a similar environment (preferred)

* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
