About the Role
The QA Reporting Analyst is responsible for all data and reporting functions across the QA department's teams. The role builds and maintains Power BI dashboards, extracts data from the QA platform, WFM system, and case management system, ensures data hygiene, produces weekly KPI reports for the QA Manager and leadership, and supports ad hoc analysis requests.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain all Power BI dashboards for QA Monitoring, Assessments, and Case Management
• Update dashboards in real time as data becomes available from source systems
• Ensure dashboard accuracy, flag discrepancies, and resolve data issues proactively
