Job Summary
FMX Express Cargo & Logistics is establishing a dedicated Quality Control Department to enhance service quality, ensure compliance with government regulations, and enforce company policies and SOPs. We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer who will be responsible for on-ground inspections, compliance monitoring, and reporting deviations to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect cleanliness, maintenance, and layout of FMX Express Centers; report anomalies to QA In-Charge and General Manager FMX.
- Monitor staff attendance during working shifts and maintain daily attendance records.
