About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced IT QA Manager (Manual) to lead our team of QA professionals.
As the IT QA Manager, you will be responsible for managing the QA process and ensuring the quality of our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. Also, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 10 QA members, developing and implementing quality assurance policies, and overseeing the manual testing process.
