QA Manager

The QA Manager owns quality across all company products — web (React/TypeScript), mobile (React Native iOS & Android), and backend APIs (NestJS/Python). This role leads the entire Manila QA team, defines test strategy, establishes quality gates across all environments (Dev → Staging → UAT → Production), and drives test automation adoption. The QA Manager is the final sign-off authority for production releases and reports quality metrics directly to leadership. This individual must deeply understand the full technology stack to design effective test strategies and communicate technically with the India and US development teams.
