About the Role
- Lead the Quality function to achieve product and system quality performance, and prevent quality escapes/customer impact.
- Act as Quality Management Representative (QMR) to lead and maintain the ISO 9001 QMS, including document/record control, audit programs, and Management Review.
- Establish and implement QA policies, procedures, and risk-based quality control plans aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain inspection and testing requirements/procedures for materials, components, and finished products (incoming, in-process, and outgoing stages).
- Plan and oversee internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards; identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and improve efficiency and product quality.
