Job description:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- 8-10 years experience as QA Lead/Test Lead.
- Must have experience in Banking Industry.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas (FULL ONSITE)
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience managing an independent Testing Team for projects and/or AMS/Production Support.
- Experience in Project Management, Risk and Issue Management, and Mitigation.
- Experience in functional and non-functional testing.
- Ability to define and monitor execution of test tasks and activities.
- Knowledge of ALM tools (e.g., MF ALM, JIRA, Selenium, GitHub).
- Strong communication skills for reporting test status and metrics.
