QA Lead

Position Requirement:

• Hands on experience with software quality assurance experience in web-based technologies
• Proficient in web-based, n-tier software testing, API Testing
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers defining goals, priorities and best practices
• Hire & nurture top shelf Staff
• Manage Day to day activities of test engineers in Agile/ Waterfall environment
• Work with Project Management, Account Management and Development Management to define schedules & requirements and drive delivery
• Good understanding of the SDLC and multiple software engineering and testing methodologies
• Define and track Key Quality metrics
• Be a bridge between Quality and Customer First teams to incorporate end to end customer flows in test strategy
