QA Laboratory Technician I

Job Summary

Performs chemical analysis of in-process samples utilizing the available classical and analytical equipment in the QA laboratory. Coordinates with production department regarding quality assurance status in-process samples. Prepares records concerning in-process and raw materials’ analytical results.

Fields of Responsibility:

Periodically

1. Performs review of in-process results, consumables, and other related QA issues for improvement; reports to the QA Analyst, QA Chemist, QA Supervisor.

Daily

1. Participates in the review, evaluation and updating of the laboratory’s quality system and processes, including review of standard test methods, sampling procedures, calibration and preventive maintenance plan.
