About the Role
Monitor and enforce compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and other relevant standards.
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality checks in production areas.
Ensure adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of QA documentation, audit findings, and corrective actions.
Review and verify product quality at various stages of production.
Coordinate laboratory testing (microbiological, sensory, physical, and chemical) to validate product quality.
Investigate and resolve quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
Audit Preparation & Regulatory Compliance
Lead and support preparation for internal and external audits, including Halal, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP audits.
Ensure audit readiness through proper documentation, corrective action follow-ups, and compliance monitoring.
