• Introduce, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop, implement, and continuously improve an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop, revise, and implement quality standards, procedures, and rules in cooperation with the Japan Quality Department.
• Ensure QMS compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

Change Control Management

• Establish, implement, and maintain the change control process.
• Manage change applications to customers.
• Manage process-related change applications to Japan HQ.
• Conduct change control education and awareness activities for relevant personnel.
• Ensure proper documentation, approval, and traceability of all changes.
