About the Role
QMS
- Introduce, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop, implement, and continuously improve an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop, revise, and implement quality standards, procedures, and rules in cooperation with the Japan Quality Department.
- Ensure QMS compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Change Control Management
- Establish, implement, and maintain the change control process.
- Manage change applications to customers.
- Manage process-related change applications to Japan HQ.
- Conduct change control education and awareness activities for relevant personnel.
- Ensure proper documentation, approval, and traceability of all changes.
