About the Role
• Work with development team, division engineering and manufactory Engineer to review customer new NPI requirement and lead on spec risk assessment
• Work with WWPE, Engineering, AE to understand industry trends and Corning’s capability, to generate Corning master spec.
• Establish quality architecture at CM : Quality Control Plan, QPA/QSA, SIP,COA, RMA,MRB, Green product, ECN, metrology qualification, inspector training/qual., product traceability etc.
• Manage the product quality from technical development, NPI sample build, internal qualification, customer qualification and mass production.
• Host customer QSA/QPA audit from Ops team, lead internal pre-audit to mobilize Corning/CM cross functional team, identify and drive gap closure.
• Manage customer quality performance: metrology and inspection alignment, RMA performance, customer complaint resolution via 8D reports.
