Responsibilities
- Testing websites and applications on Samsung or LG TVs.
- Checking how applications work on different devices—phones, tablets, PCs.
- Retesting errors (making sure that bugs are actually fixed).
- Collecting feedback from users and the team (recording issues noticed by customers or colleagues).
- Testing customer accounts to identify errors.
- Preparing and sending regular reports on the work done.
- Testing updates before release (checking basic scenarios before release to customers).
- Performing regression testing (ensuring that old functionality works correctly after changes).
