Role Overview As a QA Engineer, you will support the testing and quality assurance process for Proto's AI platforms, chatbot systems, integrations, and client deployments. You will work closely with Engineering, CX, Product, and Operations teams to identify bugs, validate fixes, and ensure smooth user experiences across voice and chat systems. This role is ideal for someone early in their QA career who wants hands-on exposure to AI platforms, APIs, automation tools, and enterprise deployments.
