QA Engineer

The QA Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases based on business and functional requirements to ensure high-quality software delivery. The role owns end-to-end test execution, defect management, and regression testing while maintaining clear documentation and reporting to support project deliverables and stakeholder visibility.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and functional requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Execute and maintain test scripts across applications including MVA, Web, iPay, My Book, and OSS/BSS web e-commerce systems.
Track, log, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with development teams to validate fixes.
