Job Overview
As a Senior QA Engineer at iCIMS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions across the iCIMS Talent Cloud platform. You will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive quality assurance strategies, embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle using a shift‑left approach. This role requires strong expertise in automation, API validation, distributed systems, and CI/CD environments. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and DevOps teams to proactively prevent defects and ensure seamless user experiences across complex, high‑volume systems.
You will act as a “Voice of Quality,” driving automation excellence, release confidence, and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
