Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web-based applications
• Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple environments
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros)
• Support API testing and backend validation
• Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices
• Assist with test automation initiatives (when applicable)
