About the Role
(A) Qualifications
Education : Degree in any Engineering discipline.
Skills : Knowledge and implementation of ISO 9001, Ts16949, SPC, control plan, DOE and basic problem solving tools is a must Interface with customers and manufacturing personnel as assurance of product quality.
Work Experience : Min 2 years hands on working experience in a high volume manufacturing environment in OA Dept.
Others Job Requirement : Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Mature 7 independent. Knowledge in electroplating is an added advantage. Ability to conduct the supplier audit.
(B) Responsibilities
Performs in manufacturing or systems quality assurance, control and reliability to ensure adherence to design rules and rigid controls in processing, manufacturing and delivery of frames to customer.
Performs plant systems Quality Assurance audit function to monitor and ensure compliance / adherence to specifications and plant quality system.
