About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer quality queries, complaint / returns.
- Responsible for investigating failures, root causes through 8D approach.
- Liaison between internal departments and customers on quality related matter.
- Drive internal team on continuous improvement projects.
- Perform data analysis, reports and presentation.
- Improvement of process implementation of quality system activities in relation to ISO policies and procedures.
- Support suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives and process controls.
- Performing Internal, External and 3rd party audits.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Mechanical or Electronic Basis preferred.
- Familiar with QMS, EMS or other applicable standards.
