Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with a keen eye for detail to design testing procedures and automation strategies for our customer’s software applications. This is a temporary opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach QA team members, supporting their growth and improving overall team performance.
- Lead manual and automated testing initiatives, ensuring QA strategies align with project requirements.
- Research, propose, and implement new tools and technologies to improve QA efficiency and processes.
- Define and manage test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for new features, enhancements, and releases.
- Oversee defect logging, triage, and resolution tracking, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
