Purpose:

Build robust automation to validate delivery solutions, including UAT, performance, and regression automation. combining test engineering expertise with a deep understanding of voice/NLP product behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test automation for voice/NLP-based features using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and delivery engineering teams to validate AI outputs and system behavior to ensure quality coverage.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD workflows for continuous validation and fast feedback.
• Execute performance, security, and exploratory testing where needed.
• Validate real-world, end-user delivery scenarios through transcripts, speech samples, and real-world user flows.
