QA Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Engineering (QE) Architect to join the QE Center of Excellence (CoE).

This hands-on, individual contributor role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader with a strong coding background, capable of driving quality engineering initiatives across multiple portfolios and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Development: Design and build scalable QE frameworks from the ground up to support automation across programs.
• Tool Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Qtest and other leading QE tools; assist teams with tool setup and integration with platforms like JIRA.
• Requirement Traceability: Establish and guide best practices for requirement traceability across programs.
