QA Analyst – Internal UAT & Release Readiness
Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: 2–4 years
This role exists to protect delivery quality before anything reaches clients or production. The QA Analyst owns internal UAT execution across web, mobile app and dashboard projects, ensuring that staging builds behave exactly as intended, match requirements and are release-ready.
This is not a passive tester role. You are expected to think critically, challenge assumptions and surface risks early.
About the Role:
You will act as the final quality gate before release. You ensure that what goes to clients or production is tested, validated, and properly assessed for risks. You will report to the Product Lead or Tech Project Management Lead and work closely with PMs and Developers.
