QA Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

The QA Analyst evaluates and audits processes, products, and systems to ensure they are meeting the organization's and clients' quality standards.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Auditing and testing processes, documents, products, systems, and software to guarantee they are defect-free and fulfill the quality standards of an organization

2. Developing and executing audit and test plans to ensure that all objectives are met

3. Implementing and monitoring audit and test scripts to assess compliance, functionality, performance, and quality of the service or product.

4. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved

5. Compile and analyze statistical data

6. Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
