What You'll Do Call Quality Monitoring
- Listen to and evaluate inbound & outbound calls
- Score professionalism, empathy, accuracy & protocol adherence
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical & confidentiality standards
Audit & Compliance
- Conduct audits of documentation & client communication
- Identify trends impacting compliance or client satisfaction
- Provide actionable feedback to management & training teams
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate detailed quality performance reports
- Track KPIs and highlight improvement areas
