About the Role
We are working with a high-performing, technology-driven hedge fund that is continuing to expand its systematic trading capabilities.
They are looking to hire a mid-level Python Quant Developer to work closely with Traders and Quant Researchers to design, build and optimise trading infrastructure and research tooling.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional Python development experience
- Experience working in a quantitative finance, trading, or data-heavy environment
- Strong quantitative background with the ability to work on mathematical models, pricing, or analytics
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, testing, version control)
- Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, and CI/CD workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders
