Profile:
- Proven experience validating FIXML or other FIX protocol messages in Capital Markets;
- Strong Python skills with libraries for XML processing and data manipulation: pandas, lxml, , openpyxl, ezpdf, json, proton, requests, prettytable, Robot Framework;
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, trade capture, clearing, and settlement for equities, fixed income or derivatives;
- Experience with automated test scripts and frameworks; tools: pytest, unittest;
- Proficient in SQL and relational database data validation;
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, operations);
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience;
- Desirable: FIX protocol/FIXML schema knowledge, message transformation (XSLT, mapping tools), clearing/settlement systems (Omgeo, DTCC), Git, CI/CD, test management and defect tracking tools...
