Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and optimize
  Oracle SQL
   queries, views, materialized views, indexes, and
  PL/SQL
   packages/procedures/functions.
• Analyze execution plans, troubleshoot slow queries, and apply performance tuning (stats, partitions, hints where appropriate).
• Build and maintain
  Python
   scripts for data pipelines, Excel automation, and system integrations .
• Schedule and monitor via
  Oracle Scheduler/DBMS_SCHEDULER
  , Windows Task Scheduler.
• Partner with business users (Actuarial, Policy Service, Claims, Finance) to translate requirements into scalable data solutions and reports.
• Implement data quality checks, logging, alerting, and reconciliation routines.
• Support production issues (root-cause, fixes, post-mortems); uphold SLAs and data accuracy.
