Lead backend development and guide junior developers
Design scalable and maintainable application architecture
Review code and enforce best practices
Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive performance tuning and system optimization
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI
Solid understanding of REST API design
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good to Have
Experience with Docker or containerization
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Basic understanding of DevOps practices
