Your responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services in Python
- Build AI-powered features using modern Generative AI technologies
- Implement solutions such as:
- document classification
- speech-to-text processing
- RAG-based knowledge systems
- AI assistants and workflow automation
- Integrate AI services with existing internal systems
- Collaborate with domain development teams who will integrate your solutions into their products
- Contribute to architectural decisions in a growing AI-focused team
- This role is 100% development (no maintenance/support work).
Must have
- Solid commercial experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI in real projects
