About the Role
Python & Backend Developer Trainer
Sierra Learning Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Python & Backend Developer Trainer to lead our technical curriculum and mentor students from foundational coding to building secure, ML-integrated production APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on training in Python and Backend Development
- Teach modern backend frameworks (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic)
- Guide students in building scalable, production-ready API architectures
- Integrate ML workflows into backend systems (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Cover authentication and deployment concepts (JWT, OAuth2, Docker, ASGI)
- Mentor students on real-world projects and best coding practices
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Python (OOP and advanced concepts)
